eSports Boost, of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JL, United Kingdom, is the data controller for everything described below. Write to info@esportsboost.com about any of it — access, correction or deletion — and the reply comes from a person, not a form.
What we collect
An email address, the order details, and payment metadata from our processor. For solo orders, the game credentials you supply, encrypted at rest.
What we don't collect
We do not require a name, an address or a phone number, and we do not ask for the recovery email on your game account.
Credentials
Stored encrypted, visible only to the assigned booster and to support, and deleted when the order closes. Never shared between orders or with third parties.
Analytics
We measure the funnel with Google Analytics 4 and Meta's conversion API, including the checkout steps, so we can tell where the site frustrates people. No order content or credentials are ever sent to either.
Deleting your data
Ask on Discord or by email and everything attached to your address is removed within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep for accounting.
