For solo, yes — your booster signs in and plays, through a VPN in your region and inside the hours you set. For duo, no: they queue beside you from their own account and never see your login at all. Either way we never ask for your email password or your 2FA codes.
02Can I play while the order is running?
Pause it first, from the order page. Pausing is free and resumes the same night if a slot is open. What you should not do is queue ranked alongside an unpaused solo order — two people on one account in the same queue is the fastest way to get flagged.
03What happens if it goes past the estimate?
A 15% credit applies automatically once the order runs past its window, and it shows on the order page without anyone asking. If it is badly over, we move it to a booster who is free.
04Can I choose the champions they play?
Yes — It is free on every order, not an upsell — "Champions & roles" is ticked before you configure anything. Your booster plays a pool you pick, which also keeps the match history plausible, and you can change it mid-order in the thread.
05Why is duo more expensive?
It takes longer. Your booster carries a live player rather than playing every role freely, so the same climb costs 55% more and takes longer. It is the safer option and we would rather price it honestly than hide the difference.
06How do I follow the order without an account?
The confirmation email carries a link that is the login. It never expires, works on any device, and opens the same dashboard shown above. Lost it? The demo page resends it to the address you paid with.
