Not claimed within 24 hours
Refunded in full automatically. You do not have to ask, and we do not wait for you to notice.
Started but unfinished
Refunded pro-rata on the undelivered portion, calculated with the same formula that produced your quote — divisions not climbed, wins not won.
Past the delivery window
We contact you before the ETA lapses with three options: continue with a 15% credit, swap the booster free of charge, or take the unfinished portion back in cash.
What isn't refundable
Rank lost after delivery, on games you played yourself. Orders where the account was changed mid-boost by someone other than the assigned booster. Coaching sessions already attended.
